Our story

In the beginning of 2021 Tuukka and Lauri set their sights on the construction industry. Tuukka had been in the industry for a while and noticed that the induction processes on construction sites were quite varied and suboptimal. Lauri had worked in educational technology, so the typically rocky road of training solutions among the operational level of organisations was familiar.

The pair started to incubate their idea at Kiuas -the leading accelerator program in Finland. The company got its first paying customer during the program, which meant that the site inductions had to finally be solved in a way that worked. Despite some initial agony, the first versions of the solutions proved successful and site managers on construction sites grew to like the solution that made their day-to-day a lot easier.

Word about the new solutions started spreading and soon customers started marching in on their own accord. At that point, we determined that the demand warranted us to build an actual software company to respond to it.

That's what we are doing today.

The company grows along with its satisfied customers and the platform expands constantly to respond to a growing number of challenges experienced on construction sites all around.
