Our Team and Story

In early 2021, Tuukka and Lauri turned their attention to the construction industry. Tuukka had been in the industry for a longer time and noticed that the onboarding processes at construction sites were varied and could potentially be optimized. Lauri, on the other hand, had previously worked in educational technology, so he was familiar with the typically rocky path of training solutions in operational settings.

The duo sought a launching pad for their idea from the Kiuas accelerator program. During the program, the company gained its first paying customer, reaching a point where the site onboarding process had to be finally solved in a way that worked. Despite some initial teething problems, they succeeded, and construction site organizations quickly took to their solution that made daily operations easier.

Word about the new solution began to spread, and soon customers started coming in on their own initiative. At this point, they reached a situation where, for the first time, they had to decide to build a real software company to meet the demand.

We are still on that path.
